Keep in mind some colors / projects do require more coats depending on your preferences. Now there are numerous chalk paint options and more seem to becoming. I mostly use Annie Sloan chalk paint on my furniture project makeover pieces but my craft tribe highly recommends Dixie Belle chalk paint. I think they both have beautiful finishes.
