2 ingredients:

1. Tub of ALDI Greek yogurt - I used honey yogurt

2. Biscoff cookies - I used the ALDI dupes (Speculoos Crunchy Cookies)

Instructions

1. Add cookies to the tub of greek yogurt.

2. I left it in the fridge overnight, and by the next morning it still tasted more like yogurt than cheesecake. It actually took about 18 hours before that true cheesecake flavor really came through.

That said, it’s a really delicious combination—thick, creamy yogurt paired with sweet, crumbly crackers just works.

Notes

I also love the idea of serving it on a charcuterie board and dipping the cookies straight into the honey Greek yogurt. It feels simple, but in the best way.
